Indira IVF, Famous chain of infertility treatment hospitals has recently inaugurated its new centre in Pimpri-Chinchwad. The Indira IVF now has its presence in two locations in Pune first in the hub centre in Viman Nagar, and the new one inaugurated in Pimpri-Chinchwad. Now the Indira IVF has total 19 centres in Maharashtra and 116 all across the country.

“The latest National Family Health Survey has found that the total fertility rate (TFR) in India has dropped below the replacement level of 2 children per woman for the first time. In Maharashtra, the TFR has dropped to 1.7 in 2019-20 from 1.9 in 2015-16 and in fact, in urban areas, this number is down to 1.5. This can be traced to the increased number of people with hypertension, high blood sugar levels, and persons with Anaemia in the state. This can pose a hindrance to one’s aspirations to become a parent,” he added in a statement issued Thursday.
Dr Amol Lunkad of Indira IVF Pune has Speaking about the issue of infertility in the region, he said: “It has been found that one out of six couples finds it difficult to have children.
